By using the Albion Guild Manager Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

The Bot provides tools for Albion Online communities, including account linking, player and guild lookups, killboard tracking, economy management, and attendance tracking. Features may change at any time without notice.

When using the Bot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when linking accounts
• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Comply with Albion Online's Terms of Service
• Not exploit, hack, or abuse the Bot's functionality
• Not use the Bot for illegal or unauthorized purposes

The Bot may collect Discord IDs, server data, Albion character names, and related game statistics to provide its features. Data is used only for functionality and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We aim to keep the Bot available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be modified or removed at any time, and these Terms may be updated. Continued use of the Bot means you accept any changes.

The Bot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, inaccurate information, service outages, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot. Use it at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for other reasons such as technical, legal, or security issues.

The Bot relies on Discord and Albion Online APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
