Albion Guild Manager collects only the data needed to provide its features. This includes:

• Discord IDs, server IDs, and role IDs for account linking and permissions
• Albion character IDs, names, guild/alliance info, and region for linking and lookups
• Server configuration settings (language, registration options)
• Basic usage logs (command calls, errors) for performance and debugging

We use collected data solely to:

• Link Discord accounts to Albion Online characters
• Display player, guild, and alliance information
• Manage server roles, nicknames, and attendance tracking
• Maintain bot functionality and improve features

Data is stored in secure databases with access restricted to authorized developers. We use encryption and regular backups to protect against loss or unauthorized access.

Account data is retained only while servers use the bot. Inactive or unlinked data is periodically removed.

We do not sell or share personal data. Information is shared only as needed with:

• Discord (to operate on their platform)
• Albion Online's public API (to retrieve game data)
• Hosting providers (for database and server operation)

Data may also be disclosed if required by law or to prevent abuse of the service.

You may request a copy or deletion of your stored data at any time. You can also unlink your Discord account or stop using the bot to end further data collection. Contact us through our Discord support server or GitHub repository to make a request.

The bot relies on Discord and Albion Online APIs, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for data handling by these services.

The bot is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data. If such data is found, it will be deleted promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Continued use of the bot after changes means you accept the updated policy.
